Grow to Love Your Pregnant Body
Pregnancy is a time of change; our body changes, our thought process changes, and our life is going to change forever.
The way we feel about our growing pregnant body can help us learn about ourselves and our beliefs and influence the way we choose to give birth. The way we perceive our body can influence the way our kids will perceive their own body and how confident they will feel towards themselves.
Your Body Knows Best
In our modern society we tend to forget that our body actually knows how to give birth. We tend to put the locus of control in someone else's hands - doctors, other women, books etc. We forgot that every woman has the inner knowledge and inner wisdom of how to give birth. The same way your body knows how and when to menstruate, ovulate, create this baby, and grow it, it knows how to deliver it.
In this class you will learn how to regain confidence in your body's knowledge and ability to give birth naturally.
